"Food is good but the staff are VERY SLOW. Staff had too much chit chatting going on. They don't know how to stay focused and hustle. Because this is downtown its very important to have orders prepared efficiently. There are a lot of people who workdowntown like myself and we only have a short period of time to eat our food on our lunch break. It wasn't even that busy and itstill took over 20 minutes to get my food. Lazy staff."

"I order here frequently. I had an issue with my online order, and when I came in the shift manager made sure he took care of my concerns and remade my meal for me. It is a very warm environment and their customer service skills are superb. The shift manager is named Marcus he is a very upstanding individual and made sure I as a customer was satisfied."

"This is one of the better noodles company I was. in view of the situation I had the expectations that the load is dirty and the staff is quite inept, but my experience was the opposite. the load was really clean, the staff actually cleaned it while we ordered. the guy who took our order was really nice and polite and gave us some recommended to try some of their new articles or combinations what I did. I went with the trufflemac n cheese with parmesan huhn, and it was pretty great. I usually get the pesto or Korean bark noodles, but the trüffelmac was great. we got our food pretty fast, which was nice during an evening meal and overall had a great experience for a noodles co. I'll go back when I'm in the opposite and have to fix a carabiner."
