"Love that the whole menu was vegan. I got the buffalo tofu sandwich and the seitan wings. I don't normally like tofu but it was so good! I also brought a non-vegan friend who really enjoyed the charcuterie board."

"What an extraordinary restaurant. My wife and I ate at Restaurant Olivia last night and were overwhelmed with every aspect of the place. FINALLY a restaurant that lives up to its hype and more! We had the tasting menu with every course sublime. Let's start with the focaccia bread. I mean how good can even the best bread be? Extraordinary and unique when it is made in house and combined with Olivia's butter. My wife took a piece more than her fair share and now we are headed to marriage counseling. I am not wild about caviar (part of the first course) and was able to change for another selection, the Fennel Bisque which was superb. This was followed by Tajarin Ragout, Agnolotti del Plin, sorbet, and the Brasato (lamb shoulder with truffle polenta etc). Finish it off with Hazelnut Torte and you will go to some Zen place. We were totally professionally served by Kayla who was assisted by the ever present and helpful Steven (and his wicked sense of humor). Being a wine guy, I would have loved an ounce or two more on the Reserve pours but this is splitting hairs. We have eaten at Restaurant X and Restaurant Y (my wife says it is bad form to name names), the alleged standard bearers for Italian food in the greater Denver area. On our way out I stopped to talk to the ever present and helpful hostess to say Restaurant X and Y are a sidewalk cart on a Somali road compared to Olivia. You will not be disappointed."

"Parking is a disaster on a Saturday night. Ambience is cozy but crowded. The mob at the door encroached on our dining space many times and let the frigid air in ceaselessly. This is a pipular place! We were served quickly but other tables had terrible waits. Poor acoustics for conversation, pretty loud. Service was friendly and prompt enough. The restaurant is a really small, packed space. Reminded me of NYC neighborhood dining. As or the food,the gnocchi are tender pillows as they should be but the sauce is too heavy. The picatta with angel hair pasta had a light, refreshing sauce but the veal was tough. The spaghetti with meatballs was pleasing. The fried cheese curds were perfect. If I were local I’d go again. We enjoyed our meal and are thankful we had reservations!"

"Came with some friends and we had a spectacular time. Our server was super friendly and shared her favorite menu items. We ordered quite a bit of food, drinks and appetizers. We ordered oysters and they were to die for. It was kind of noisy but we had a great conversation. I appreciated how they had crayons available to draw on the paper covered tables. Lots of variety of seafood, definitely a spot for seafood lovers."

"Were visiting from California and decided to stop here for lunch before leaving town. And I mean it when I say this is some of the most delicious pizza Ive had! I was in New York earlier this year and this far exceeds what I had there!The minute we sat down at the bar we were greeted and waters were set out for us. The staff was kind and incredibly attentive. Food was not only delicious but was out really quickly!Its a perfect little spot for a quite bite to eat.It's a shame we don't live closer because I would absolutely make this a local haunt!"
