"Owners are, let's just say... not nice. Don't get me wrong, the food is ok, actually quite good, if you can get it within 30 minutes of seating, lol (their wait time is not worth it). Also, by the time you get food for a party of 4, ... 2 orders may come out first, 3rd out 5 mins later, waiting on fries, by the time the 4th gets their meal, it's probably wrong, and the rest of the group is done eating... (sigh) They have a bad local, lack of focus, plus the employees are not visibly happy. So, if you want to support people who treat others with disrespect (as you have read in previous reviews), but want a decent burger, then eat here. Otherwise, I would suggest you find just a good burger elsewhere and feel good as a human being."

"We have the best rib (so good) special with shells (rate among the best I had) and a salad, as well as the fish and chips. These guys know how to roast fish and potatoes! Next time I have to try their sweet potatoes! We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great!"

"I have to update my review. This Shari's is currently an aquired taste. This restaurant used to be the go-to for All families in Eugene so for some reason I hang on here. It's had its problems lately but and let me say but it's getting better. They're going to be remodeling it soon. But you got Ellie and Kimberly which are two of the hardest working women that I've seen this restaurant. Every time I go here I enjoy Kimberly a little bit more. She is so funny and so entertaining. And if you want a kind-hearted person to serve you you got Ellie. I would say give this place a chance when they get it all remodeled. They've done a lot of work even recently fixing certain problems they have had."

"We've been here a few times in the past and weren't that impressed. In fact, I had a buy-one-get-one free coupon but I decided to give it away instead of going back. There's definitely room for improvement. If you want a fabulous breakfast, try the Glenwood or Park St. Cafe."

"Had a bad experience here this morning. Hadn't been here in a few years so I can't judge it against recent experiences, they could have just been having a bad morning. It was crowded. But we waited about 55 minutes for our food. At 45 minutes weinquired, she said the kitchen was behind and understaffed. This is the new norm everywhere. They had plenty of front end help. She could have offered free 2nd coffees or a pastry, but she did not. When the food finally arrived it was cold, and myfriends order was not even correct. We did complain. She said she'd speak to the manager. She came back with two free drinkcoupons and said our food price would be refunded. Won't know if this really happens until next week) This is really great, except she was clearly annoyed at us did not bother to try and hide it. She was not genuine at all and probably complained toher co-workers about us. I get it, I'm sure she works hard for not a lot of money. It was just a long time to wait for coldfood that wasn't even correct. In the meantime, they don't take your name for coffee orders so they just yell the drink names,constantly. This makes the atmosphere kind of stressful. Most other reviews are good, so I guess we patronized them at thewrong time. :"

"Cinnamon rolls were out of this world, they make them from scratch the French toast looked like it was ready for a Photoshoot. They accommodated our large party of 9 even tho it was a tight squeeze. Our waitress was exactly the type of lady you want at any old school cafe/diner with just the right amount of loving sass hahaha Meal type: Brunch Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Cinnamon Roll, Stuffed French Toast with Marionberry Compote"

"Very delicious! The waitress who took care of us was always fast to refill our water or to bring us some contingencies. The Eggs Benedict I ordered was amazing and I ate until I could get another bite. Would definitely recommend."
