"Customer service is excellent. We didn?t pay attention to their hours and showed up 20 minutes after they closed and they were welcoming, wanted to serve us even though they had put everything away for the night. Store was clean, meat was great qualitybut what really stood out was how happy they were to help us even though they were closing up"

"We were told we could get ribs cut if back by 4 pm. We arrived 3;30 and informed they had cleaned the machine for the day so did not honor their word. We left and will not be back. Sad to report. Hope you have better service."

"I have liked and enjoyed Long's long time. I am sure if they had Oregon Rattlesnake it would be mighty filling. But, I had the Barbecue. Again, Oregon. Why is your Bar-B-Cue wet? I have other complaints about it but I will stop here. There is sad I am. And dump the Boar's Head, too SALTY. I will be back. You have a good store. Just gotta learn yourself how to Barbeque."

Disregard any of the very few questionable reviews here, and know that the spice, umami, heat, seasoning and flavor here were all right on time and hit the mark above and beyond with every dish! Expertly balanced and the real deal. Anybody saying otherwise is likely looking for the frozen and fried pre manufactured goop slogged off at some other less authentic places passing it off pretending to be in the know.Don't fall for it! Go see Chacha, she and her crew will set you up right!Everything was great, get you a teri chicky, you know you want it... And there's is better than most any other around... but my hot tip is to do yourself a favor and whatever else you order, do not pass up on those ribs and killer Mac salad! They're not boasting a bit when they say they're FIYAH!Veggies, don't you dare sleep on the slaw and eggplant katsu, they're far out and spot on!
