"I have loved the food at Laughing Planet for years and have been to several different locations. I have to say that the Blair St. in Eugene location has the best customer service. They are so friendly and they really take care of their customers."

"We spent over 100$ here with myself and husband and three kids. My son received moldy tasting shrimp in his kids meal , I’m so sad for him, I ate some of his food and I tasted how bad it was and I took his food away because I felt so awful and it was so uncomfortable to talk to waitress about it because she acted like she was too busy she was very nice and I understand the busy feeling and I was uncomfortable to speak to her about our issues because how she related to us how busy it was and I felt as we where not a priority to her the other staff was amazing but her not calm felt uncomfortable being there and we plan not going back. But wish we had a better experience because I loved the food when it does not taste bad I’m sad my son received awful food we paid too much for everything and had gross meals. No one ate there leftovers because we where all afraid to get food poisoning"

"We made a reservation for their high tea. Our only complaints are that our table wasn't ready when we arrived, and we felt the servers could have been a little bit more attentive. That being said, it was a wonderful experience. We treated a couple of friends, and we all had a great time. The food is excellent! Started with salad, then soup and quiche from the kitchen. On the table were sandwiches, chips, cookies, cake and cupcakes. There were also pieces of gingerbread cake that they warmed up and served with ice cream. We had the table for as long as we wanted it. It's a great way to celebrate an event, or to just make it an occasion for family or friends. We're definitely going to do it again."

"This location is cursed I think. When we first moved to Eugene, we stopped here on the day we moved for drinks, and they got my order wrong 3x in a row- Strawberry Peach Rebel. Every other time we come to this location, we have a bad experience. One time we went and I ordered an iced drink, but they clearly made me a hot drink, then poured it in a cold cup with ice. Last Friday at around 5pm, we arrived and were the only people in line. Shortly after our order was taken, another car pulled up to the other window. Their order was taken handed to them they left. Then another car showed up left, and another one. The car behind us got fed up with waiting and switched to the other side. We just ordered two iced mochas- I never knew it would take so long to get made! And today, my wife stopped in to get a drink and she was only the second car in line with nobody on the other side, and it took her almost 20 minutes from pulling up to leaving. No other issues at any other location in Eugene. Clearly whoever manages or trains at this location is a clown and should be fired."

"This place was very busy, but very small and accommodating. the menu also seems to offer children who can be a plus for some, there were many families. I ordered the pfirsichbeere chia smoothie, which was exactly the nutritional intake we needed for the long trip. I also saw the tempeh royale burrito with daiya and veg acid and it was amazing. my non-practical vegan friend said it was the second best burrito he ever had. Finally, we could not resist cookies in the cases of register! the double chocolate was moist and tasty, so we grabbed ourselves with a weed and chocolate chip for the road!"
