"There is nothing special about this place. My husband got the lasagna and he said it was pretty good. I got the shrimp scampi linguini and not only was it barely warm enough to eat the shrimp tasted like it had come frozen from a bag and and there was hardly any sauce. For $20 I expect better than that. We shared a large Cesar salad and it was very good though. Also, I would’ve brought up the fact that my meal wasn’t very warm but the waitress never came by to check on how our meal was nor did she ask how it was after we were done."

"Incredibly nice staff and comfortable place to hang out. They let me sit and study more often than not and when it was due time for a rush, were polite in communicating the need for the space I was using (as I spread out pretty heftily). When there were creepy men around they would watch over me and help keep me safe and helped me feel safe each time I was there. They were always on top of checking each table if they needed anything and were always aware of the needs of their customers. Their food is jncredible and their drink selection is vast. I love the outside area with the tables holding glass rocks on top of the fire pits and the music selection is ON POINT. I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful spot to spend my time alone and so grateful to not have felt alone while there. I didn't need alcohol to feel welcome which is such a rarity in any given place. I love these guys and will always recommend Gateway Grill. (The points system they have is absolutely worth it, too, even if you don't visit often)"

"Our service was not good and we are very patient customers. They served us cold pasta that was congealed together. The salmon and shrimp tasted fishy and old. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert. Cashed us out without asking if we wanted additional drinks. The place only had three tables with people (including us) and had three waiters. Why on earth would they be serving us cold food and rushing us out of the dining room. Awful."

"I don't usually like Themed Restaurants... However, this one has a elements of sophistication that actually make the train theme seem fun. It is professionally staged, almost like a high end hotel and the employees have always been very attentive and kind."

"This is our second time in recent months to Blu Mist and it did not disappoint. We were quickly seated. The server was attentive but not hovering. And...the food was fabulous. Some of the best I've had post-Covid. I had the cashew dish with chicken. It was amazing."
