"There is nothing special about this place. My husband got the lasagna and he said it was pretty good. I got the shrimp scampi linguini and not only was it barely warm enough to eat the shrimp tasted like it had come frozen from a bag and and there was hardly any sauce. For $20 I expect better than that. We shared a large Cesar salad and it was very good though. Also, I would’ve brought up the fact that my meal wasn’t very warm but the waitress never came by to check on how our meal was nor did she ask how it was after we were done."

"Our service was not good and we are very patient customers. They served us cold pasta that was congealed together. The salmon and shrimp tasted fishy and old. Didn't ask if we wanted dessert. Cashed us out without asking if we wanted additional drinks. The place only had three tables with people (including us) and had three waiters. Why on earth would they be serving us cold food and rushing us out of the dining room. Awful."

"I have the “walrus” with meerrot tofu and it was bomb! The noodles were al dente and the veggie filled sauce was delish and the optional sea red tofu was the best tofu I ever had in my life! This is a great place to take non-vegan people as well as because it obviously large non- vegan pastas also here."

"Update #2: originally gave this 5 stars, but dropping two for inconsistency. The last few times we went, the sauces were watery and tasteless. Very disappointing Update: tried the special ?Cajun Alfredo? and wow. Seriously, such a good pasta dish- roasted red pepper fettuccine with shrimp, veggies, all doused in a spicy cream sauce. Wow!! Placido?s is a hidden gem! The food is fantastic, the wait staff are friendly and accommodating, and the space is quaint and nourishing. Highly recommend!"

"Holy grail of pasta. I refuse to make lasagna with anything else it's only their lasagna sheets for me. They bubble up so beautifully and are so light and airy. Just magnificent. I haven't been to their shop I usually pick up their pasta from Natural Grocers but they are fantastic! Bravo!"
