"The food is delicious and well priced. The customer service is some of the worst. I've gone in a handful of times over the last few weeks because I like their pitas and I have never seen someone so confused when I asked for cheese to be added. In fact I was treated worse after. I'm also convinced that one of the times they added something to my pitas to make it so spicy it burned my throat. Everytime I have been in I have had different cashiers yet all of them are blown away at me asking for cheese and when I come in they act like I am an inconvenience. They also take their time getting to you doing other things while I'm the only person in line. I'm happy with the food and that's the only reason I'm rating it this high but really dred having to deal with their cashiers."

"Stopped by for our first time since they re-opened this side. We 've been to Party Bar many times since they opened last year and had done Party Downtown a few times before that but it was our first time doing a full meal in the dining room for quite a while. It did not disappoint after the wait. The drinks like always were excellent, particularly the melon daze with light rum and melon granita that melts as you drink it, tastes just like a watermelon. The food though exceeded our high expectations/memories. The black garlic bread is a standby for us but the savory fruit salad pictured alongside it was a new, delicious treat. Tea wings pictured next are also a standard available at the bar but this was a different (prettier plate-up and more substantial portion (though that 's only fair as they raised the price $2. We tried another new, dinner-side only dish, tomato spaetzle, that was just delicious and unfortunately a didn 't snap a picture but it was maybe the highlight of the night. I say maybe because the cod dish pictured last certainly put up a challenge, it was sensational, a very Japanese style dish that tasted deeply and thoroughly of the sea. Finally we had a blue-cheese course served with tomato jam for desert that was a great end to the meal. All around one of the best meals we 've ever had in Eugene, definitely made us wonder why we hadn 't been back in so long. Will be returning again very soon."

"If I could give this place of business a 0 star or a negative star, I would. The business claims to be all about family but turns away good paying customers because they believe if you are not vaxxed, you should not have the right to public services. I 'm unsure why small businesses take the risk of turning away business by absurd requirements but it is disappointing. After many years of giving Capitello my business, despite the uncomfortable vibes the owners give out, and absolutely loving their wines, I have been treated so terribly by the business owners wife, I wont ever return. I don 't even want to buy their bottles from the local store who carries their wine! I am so saddened but so thankful that the owners here decided to show their beliefs so openly and treated me like I had the plague so I could take my money elsewhere. Let me also add, I had contacted the owners wife previously to host an event here and because I wasn 't a club member or a ritzy customer, she never reached back out to me. Her standards for her desired clientele do not match our cute urban town like their site claims. In this same area of local wine bars I have found so many welcoming and kind faces! The 5th St Alley has some amazing businesses in there that always make me feel welcomed and their wines are just as good. Cheers to giving your business and hard earned money to small businesses who appreciate you as much as you appreciate their yummy wines and incredible customer service. Shame on you, Capitello. "Amazing selection of bottles and cans. Most are warm with a few coolers in the back.Also had a good selection of draft beers. I didn't bring a growler but they took good care of me. Nice staff, will be stopping in on future trips to this lovely city."
