"Even though this place is mostly known for it’s pho, there are a lot of other vegan options on the menu. There’s an entire section for tofu dishes, and another one for just veggie dishes. The portions are pretty large as well. I recommend the tofu spring rolls or the sesame tofu!"

"Great customer service, great food! I got the grilled plate and it had great taste with the perfect amount of spices. From all places I ate in Galveston, this was the cheapest being on a budget with the best food. And it's right on the sea wall! I definitely go back!"

"Perfect dinner experience at Shucks Tavern and Oyster Bar. I had a few friends recommend this place to me. The food was fabulous. The place offers different kinds of oysters. We got a dozen East Coast oysters, they were amazing and fresh. Plus the Oysters Rockefeller were delicious. The Aguachile a Mexican dish made with shrimp had a nice presentation, great texture and flavor with a kick of serrano peppers. The Blackened Snapper was amazing. The fish was perfectly blackened with a delicious cream sauce on the side. The atmosphere and decor were very nice. We will definitely be back. PS the staff was great."

"It is not much to see inside or outside and my first impression of the parking was “oh gott, I hope I will not be food poisoning “, but we are pleasantly surprised. the atmosphere is not something special that it might have had a cool mood in its hot day, but eating was quite dang brilliant. everything was fresh to order, nothing excessively fat. it's a hole in the wall that we'll definitely come back."

"Had not had a Frosty in quite some time. Ordered the chocolate one. It just did not have much of a chocolate flavor at all. Nothing like I remembered. Service was quick and the counter lady was very polite."

"Horrible location and horrible quantities. I ordered a footlong sandwich and the owner (in which is a very cheap and deceiving guy) who was helping me was very rude and didn 't give me the proper proportions. First off, I EXPLICITLY told him that I wanted an Italian herb bread, he proceeded to give me white bread in which I didn 't notice at first, then, I was ordering an egg and cheese sandwich and beside him being rude, he literally barely put cheese on it in which is extremely less than other subways. (I know this because it 's literally the only thing that I order for breakfast when I travel, so I know their proportions). I politely asked him if he can put more and he just looked at me dead in the eyes and said that it was going to be extra. His quantity that he put didn 't even measure to be 1/4 of an oz which is literally below their standards, then while I was ordering he was making himself a sandwich in which I understand that you need to multitask but he kept leaving and going to the back as I was ordering. When I was ordering the veggies, I asked him for olives and he literally put 4, FOUR SLICES of olives on a FOOTLONG, he accidentally put 5 at first but he took the extra one out. After seeing all of this I just wanted to leave because they were being really cheap. I will still go to OTHER subways because the all of the other ones have been great in quality and quantity, but this one will NEVER earn my business again. I never wish and things upon people because that 's just a horrible thing to do but I really hope that subway looks into this matter."
