"Chicken fried steak was tender portions were huge i was definitely full. wife liked the gravy but as someone who grew up on southern cooking and biscuits and gravy I was not a fan of the gravy and the biscuits had a consistency similar to cornbread. I love cornbread but biscuits and gravy is not cornbread and gravy. still 5 stars because I had Chicken Fried Steak Eggs with biscuits and gravy for 11 bucks. I apos;m not going to complain about that. there were other things on the menu that looked appealing and this is better than Dennys."

"Let me share why I have to give five stars, the food is really very good. I liked the tortilla, it was delicious, but the biggest aspect of the review is the fact that both the red salsa and the green salsa were perfectly sharp without being over the top, and had no ton of salt. How often did we go to other Mexican places and had to deal with either a very fat or a very salty burrito, and then we have super weak salsas that have absolutely no spices and are not very tasteful? This place is not, the Burrito was once again absolutely amazing I got steak and eggs, and of course the salsas were both delicious red and green and they had a ton of taste! Muchisimas gracias a todos!"

"This place definitely deserves a 5?. The food is deliciously delicious. Very affordable I would say. Great place to be if you want some quietness. The staffs very nice and professional. The restaurant was very clean. The silverware was nice and clean unlike other places where you see watermarks. Great job 51st ave Cafe you've made my experience an excellent one. Will be returning just to try everything on the menu?"

"Good portions and good taste. Maybe it should go next time. Place is very small from inside and line will be quite long where you have turned people down to your table as they wait to order at the counter. Very hot inside too, not comfortable to go and you are all good!"
