"Jefferson is the BEST. Five stars. Everyone else 1 star. Alex took over for Jefferson. What a change in service. From 5 to 1. Gratuity should not be added if service was not provided accordingly. The meat options was very mediocre. Not too many selections. The presentation for the dessert is horrible."

"I will repeat what many of the other 1 star reviews have already mentioned. on Sunday evening my friend and I had a very disappointing experience in the cold stone cream. we made it at 9:50. I waited in the car while my friend had me on facetime. the Filial staff, aaliyah and victoria gave him attitude to explain that, although he went before 10 o’clock, they are not able to serve him because it would have caused them to go past 10 and “they do not work free for everyone”. it was terrible. he explained that we only wanted a simple creature of ice and nothing funny. two others were loaded (changed in right before he did) and were served without problems. we were very upset because of the innocence and the terrible customer service. gas is too high and we didn't just waste gas, but we had to deal with Stank approaches. the girls were only very aggressive and rude. I told him not to argue with them. just get them the names and I'd make the complaint because nobody deserved that. we didn't want any problems. only ice cream."
