"One of the best lunches in Houston: A great salad, a bowl with perfect spaghetti ball (pick), a drink and larger soft bread sticks perfect for diving in the spaghetti sauce...for $11 (before 2PM)."

"Love at first bite. I know it?s not the most appealing photo but it tasted so good I had to snap and devour. This is the best black coffee I?ve had in the states. The take home beans make a great French press using the Hoffman (YouTube) method. I went back for a piccolo and it didn?t disappoint. New favourite cafe for sure."

"Amazing group meal, great vibes and great service. Recommend to your waiter the selection of small plates and you can just sit back and enjoy. Favourite plates: kimchi carbonara, honey walnut crawfish, mussels, fried rice, kaviar tots and the bees kneel Dessert was a perfect end. Rob was our server and didn't lead us wrong. Wine selection and cocktails were well cured and tasty. Half the price of Christmas on Wednesday is a huge plus!!"

"Omg I spent over 15 dollars and the gave us undone burgers and cold fries without salt!!!! We asked for nuggets they gave us a mc griddle !!! Not to mention we asked for well done fries!!!Horrible this night time crew was off track all the way!!! The manager confirmed our order at the window and still served us trash!!! This is unacceptable food poisoning at the highest level I’ve added photos for the proof!!! Stay away from this Mc Donald’s at night for sure!!!"

"Ordered delivery from the Westheimer location in Montrose and it constantly kept saying my order was out for delivery but it was not. Then my order said completed and it still wasn't there. After this I got a notification 2.5 hours later that my order was now a Doordash order and on the way. Called Doordash and they said my food was not even ready. Cancelled the Pizza Hut order and they charged me for the entire order anyways including delivery fee and driver tip. I didn't even have a driver, and I didn't get anything from this location except trash service."

"My girlfriend and I are on a quest to find the best margarita in Houston. That involves alot of going out to research different bars and restaurants. This week we landed at El Real and had a good experience. The margaritas are some of the best. Very attentive service and good food too."

"Every time Regina and I meet, we spend hours and hours in one place and only go when it gets dark. When we fell from Red Dessert Dive, it was no different. Red is located in the historic Houston Heights on 1045 Studewood Street, surrounded by local favorites and right on the street of White Oak Boulevard. This nice little sweet business is lovingly named after the owner Jessica Lusk grandmother; only Lusk's grandfather was allowed to call her Red while others called her Stella. This small dive is very environmentally friendly; they recycle each wine bottle and beer can be used, use rubber stamps instead of stickers, and the own design of the shop consists of recycled products. What attracted me first Red was an Instagram photo of her sticky toffee pudding with Southern Star buried Hass Stout ice and paired with Saint Arnold's Christmas Ale. If this doesn't make your mouthwater, I don't know what's wrong with you. I happen to be a fan of both breweries and wish I got my hands on a plate. The photos they publish on their social media accounts make you want to taste every hearty item, pastries, cakes and cakes! The day Regina and I decided to stop in the store was a very magical day. We started on their salted honeycake, their red velvet cupcake, and two cups of coffee from their friends over Boomtown Coffee (on the 19. road in height). The honey cake had the consistency of a pecan pie, but the baked tip of a pumpkin cake; very tasteful and the indication of the salt really improved how the honey meets our tongues. The red velvet cupcake was moist in the middle and the cream cheese frosting was delicious sweet. Since we decided to stay a total of five hours (yes, you have read correctly), we had another round of tasting. This time we tried her orange cheesecake and two cups of her ascent n’ sheen tea (freshly brewed before us). The pairing really made highlight the aromas of cheesecake; we both closed it tastes amazing like the “Creamsicles” of our childhood. The staff was super friendly and the owner even let us take photos of their infamous lemon berry cake; that we both regret not taking a disc to go. So if you are looking for a great place to drink a coffee or even enjoy a dessert with wine or beer during their happy hour, you should definitely stop from Red Dessert Dive and Coffee Shop. They are open Tuesday to Sunday; visit their website for the specific hours every day."

"The vegetable lasagna was outstanding. The duck was very well prepared. The soup du jour was the same as the previous day. The chairs could use and upgrade as they are a bit wobbly. Overall a good restaurant."

"Looking for good BBQ once we got to Houston and Jackson Street was recommended by a friend. The team there greeted us and helped us work through all the choices and combos. They were super patient, had great energy and focused on taking care of us. We came hungry! We got 1.5lb brisket, 6 ribs, full link sausage, collard greens, Mac n cheese, baked beans, green beans. Everything was amazing, but the brisket was WOW! Melt in your mouth tender and tasty. Next favorite we're the collard greens, then the sausage. Will definitely be back! Perfect welcome of southern hospitality and Texas BBQ! Thank you Jackson Street BBQ team!"
