"Very disappointed today.Been coming to MM forever and have always had a pleasant experience, however today really left me sour.The red haired girl behind the counter waited on another person while I was clearly next.Typically this wouldn’t have been a big deal but she knew I wasn’t too happy and said “whatever”.This is not acceptable customer service and maybe the employees should ask who’s next before waiting on people."

"By far best Chinese food in the Janesville area. I no longer live in Janesville, but grew up there. Every time I come back I make it a point to order from Cozy Inn. The owners and staff have been so incredibly kind to me and my family since I was a young child, and they still remember me (and my parents) all these years later. Their egg rolls, egg drop soup, and fried rice are all excellent. I always get pepper steak which is perfection. My dad loves the sweet and sour chicken, and my mom loves the beef sub gum Cantonese Chow Mein. This place truly is a gem and I strongly encourage others to check it out."

"This place always is a good restaurant to visit. We always have such great service and the food is always on point. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because my food last night was a little burnt like they tried to melt the cheese for to long of a period. My wife's food though was amazing and perfectly cooked. We definitely will return."

"We found this place from the beaten track thanks to a sign on the autobahn. we were warmly welcomed as soon as we went to the house. they were very happy that we were sitting at the bar while we ordered the takeout. the woman behind the bar was very friendly and confirmed that our choices were good: en mol poblano huh with mol sauce and lomo de puerco en salsa verde y nopales pork loin in greener sauce with cactus . the tw at the bar had on a show that was dug for spanish, which was interesting to observe while we waited for our eating. the food was worth waiting! I had blacks with nopales elsewhere, but when I had it here, I immediately understood what the other restaurants were trying to do. the black was thin, but well seasoned and still juicy. the sose was spicy and brought fruitiness in the plucked nopales. the maul was also very good. the chicken fell out of the bone, and the rich aromes of chocolate and seasoned through. and the handmade tortillas were plucked hot into the neatly folded foil. I tell everyone I know who's going between the twin cities and chicago. it's a precious stone, and I'm so glad we left!"

"There were two other tables full when we had shown up. We sat down and the waitress didn 't even introduce herself. We were brought room temp water after being there for 10 minutes while everyone else had ice water at their tables. Another couple came in 10 minutes after us and we 're waited on hand and foot. We ordered spring rolls as appetizers, a dragon roll, egg drop soup and green curry. The spring rolls came out the same time the couple that ordered 10 minutes after us had their dragon roll and was immediately asked if they needed chop sticks and soy sauce. 20 minutes later our entrees had shown up and they completely ignored our water needs. Also completely disregarded the fact that my wife needed chops sticks TO EAT HER SUSHI. 20 more minutes and they came to ask about her water after flagging her down. Finally brought her chopsticks when she asked for a box. When she made the comment about how now she can finally eat her dinner. They just laughed in her face. Not to mention Don 't Order Door Dash. They had 4 Dashers show up and told them they have to cancel because we can 't get ahold of door dash to cancel our contract. . The food was mediocre Thai food. It would be worth it to come back again if the service wasn 't so damn bad. Instead of getting even a half of an apology. We were given the excuse Sorry she is busy. There are 4 tables in the whole place on a Thursday night. Not an excuse."

"We landed here due to sheer luck and omgolly, their Potato donuts!!! What a gem of a cafe wedged amidst Pizza Hut and a bar. We went for lunch and tried their homemade donut for dessert. I was honestly FLOORED. The next time I take my family out to breakfast, we’re going here!"
