"I went to Mr. Masala a few weeks back and forgot to leave a review. The food here was great and definitely a good first time experience for Indian food. The service was also spectacular. If I ever visit this area of LA again I'll make sure to drop by."

"I used to like this place but is getting worse every time I order my lunch here. First of all the portions are getting smaller and they just fill your bowl with leaves, if you want to actually feel the taste to anything else besides the greens (and the dressing) you need to add double portion of those items. If you order online, the order is never ready on time. You will have to wait min. 10-15 extra. And lastly, they don’t respect the instructions in the order, I asked for light dressing mixed into the salad, and I’ve got so heavy dressing that I couldn’t even enjoy the salad because of the strong vinegar taste plus, my salad wasn’t mixed. Not the first time happening..I’ll give it two stars for the old days when they used to be good but honestly, they should better increase the prices than sacrificing the quality .. I really struggled to eat the last time I ordered here.."

"Beautiful restaurant. Incredibly attentive and friendly staff, especially Asher. The black beans Chilaquiles and Blistered Snap peas are absolutely delicious. I loved the cream biscuits. Such delicious taste profiles. Everything was perfect. I'm looking forward to coming back."

"The food was good but as someone who often has more authentic Jamaican food, the patties here tasted...machine made. Especially the coco bread. It's decent quick food but if you're looking for lots of flavor and the correct flavor, this is not the spot."

"I really wanted to evaluate this place well, but unfortunately I was disappointed. it was so dark in the night that I could hardly see my eating. the service was super slow and everywhere. eating was also disappointing nothing special. does not have with the other Jamaican restaurant that I recently ate unfortunately. also they automatically add 20% gratulation that I would not have tipped that since the service was honest."

"Food was delicious, Great experience for soul food, service was quick staff was attentive. The amount of flavor coming from the food was outrageous. Collar greens is a must, soft juice chicken and dessert are great too."

"Please come back Gloria's! We miss you. This neighborhood staple has been shuttered recently and I'm hoping it's only temporary (noticed there is construction happening behind the building) and hoping it's not due to gentrification and all the high rises Target overpriced mediocre Kalaveras coming in across the street. Glorias seemed to not raise their prices much for the last 10 years which, while amazing, I'd gladly pay extra to keep them in business. If they are gone for good, they will be surely missed, and will be another casualty of a neighborhood that's quickly losing its independent charm to a bunch of Venice outposts and chains (looking at you Pizzana, Salt and Straw, and Shake Shack). If true RIP Glorias. You were a weekly stop for me and all of my friends in the neighborhood and had gave me some of my favorite comfort meals and neighborhood memories for the last decade personally, and many years longer for others."
