"I love the pad thai so much. it's spicier than anyone I've ever had and honestly doesn't taste like other pad thai, but it's delicious. but I am here to talk about the roti paratha. I don't know what kind of hexenhandwerk is called to make this delicate, but it's the best thing I've ever put in my mouth. make one please and get at least two pieces."

"Very decent curry at a decent price. Definitely more of a takeout place but there are tables you can sit at inside and outside."

"Ordered 2 red curries for delivery and asked for 1 to be medium spicy and 1 to be very spicy and if they could label them for us. They did not label and both were bland thin almost watered down just tofu, bamboo shoots, a few leaves and only 2 pieces of red pepper. I would say it's the worst Thai curry we have had"

"The dumplings were delicious and were still warm after a 15 min bus ride. would go again 10/10. the menu is very small with only Russian dumplings with two selection of filling, bark meat and kartoffel and 5 topings! has not yet the chance to try the bar!"

"I love the curries, everybody! And the larvae is just as delicious as what I always eat when I'm in Bangkok. Great service and cheap prices. This is the best Thai restaurant in Madison."

"We waited for about 10 minutes to order our meal. the lady who took our order said it would be ready in about 25 minutes. I set a timer up and left as the waiting area was overcrowded. I came back and waited 20 minutes, almost an hour. it would be wise to order ahead. if they want to sit, reserve them."

"We love Lao Laan-Xang at their Williamson Street location, so I was excited to try their Atwood location. I'm happy to report the food was just as good! I'm not sure if there were differences in the menus themselves, but they seemed quite similar.<br> <br> Everything we ate was fresh with lots of complimentary flavors and textures. We enjoyed the pork egg-rolls and spicy sausage. The beef salad was spicy and amazing. The larp was outstanding. Like most southeast Asian food, the flavors were a mix of sweet, salty, sour, spicy, and everything was fresh. For either location, the food at Lao Laan-Xang seems to be spot-on.<br> <br> The main difference was in the atmosphere and the service. While the Williamson location has a quirky, I'm eating at my Lao neighbor's house feel, the Atwood location has a professional restaurant feel. It also has a more complete bar w/specialty cocktails. It's more formal and a place you would feel comfortable taking business associates while the... <a class="read-more" href="#">read more</a>"
