"Drove 45 minutes from Mount horeb for it to be closed. Multiple people upset waiting outside after ordering online and unable to get their order. No sign online or on the door. Wasted my time and gas and now I’m late to my appointment and starving. If I could give a zero star I would. Don’t come unless you call first."

"Ordered breakfast while my daughter was at children’s hospital. My sausage egg and cheese sandwich had no sausage. Our chocolate croissants had no chocolate. We tried calling 3 times (not during meal times and could not get through to anyone) and could not find any way to contact customer support."

"Nice environment to relax and study. I had strawberry banana smoothie. It's was good. The only issue was that the tables were not cleaned after other people left, had to look for a clean table."

"Not the cleanest restaurant I've eaten in, but the pizza did not disappoint. Still that same old RR standard. My only regret is not getting 2 pieces one of Garden of Eatin' and one all the meats... I was longing over my fellow diners' veggie slices. Salads looked pretty good and copious too, if you like that sort of thing. ;"

"Normally I have no problem with this location, but last night's trip was disappointing. The young lady who made my burrito had long hair that wasn't pulled back, making me nervous to eat my food, and when my burrito ripped and she offered to double wrap it, she didn't cook the second tortilla long enough, and it ended up stuck to the wrapper. I'm assuming she was either new or was having a rough night, but her coworker gave her no assistance and seemed to not even want to be in the same room."

"Ordered our lunch with the cashier and we later found out that she got it wrong. Then we were missing the potato chips even though that part was wrung up correctly. The guy behind the counter snapped at us when we asked about our order even though we had been waiting a long time. This isn't the first occasion that our lunch order has been screwed up We love Panera but we're going to try another one nearby or wait sometime for this one to get it's act together.And the restroom was filthy."
