"Stopped in today for a late lunch. Got the Cecina Huastek as recommended by the jovial bartender. He also advised margaritas were half price on Thursdays. Good suggestion. I had a regular one and then he made me one with real lime juice and no mixer. Fantastic! Food was good but the tortillas were the bomb. The regular menu items are expensive but once I learned how much food is on them it makes sense."

"Had an amazing breakfast experience. It's a cross between fast food and a restaurant dine in experience. It was fast and the food was delicious. A true genuine taste of Mexico. Above all, the service provided by Diego Camacho, made it an all around amazing experience. The young courteous, professional, and respectful Mr. Camacho provides superior customer service, has a very positive attitude that uplifts everyone. This restaurant is lucky to have him. "Very clean and nice doesn't make good food. I had a chorizo and potato taco with a smear of beans. It was a semi-fair taco. We had a barbacoa plate with another smear of beans. The meat did not have that barbacoa texture or flavor. There was no menu available to select dishes from. I was told to scan a code and view the menu on line. Somewhat disappointed."

"Love the live music and beer selection! Bartender was a bit rude when I was just trying to let her know some girl is stuck in the toilet without paper. Then we got the food which turned out to be inedible because of how highly seasoned it was. Maybe itwas just a bad night? Other than that I usually enjoy the atmosphere"

"Seafood mcallen that is a must-prob . we had whole fish fry tilapia) and battered shrimp I wish they had an English menu that we found later that they have a digital! fresh fish, good food and good service. we are back here in my next visit in mcallen, next month!"

"Great place to eat, great customer service, great specials. Went to eat lunch today, and I completely agree with the reviews given. The Tacos el Pastor are really good and they have a little bar of fresh ingredients to add to your tacos self serve). It is a very nice place to eat at."

"Ingredients were on point,but I specifically asked for extra whip which was charged then not added.Due to being in short time frame was not able to return. Rate 1 star for failing to remember such easy task as adding whip cream."
