"When I passed on this restaurant online, I was very excited to see that her entire menu was gluten-free. When I went to the restaurant for the first time, I expected that eating is good, but I was blown away, how amazing everything tasted. their waffels were the best I've ever eaten! everything is healthy, and there are so many possibilities. this is by far my new favourite restaurant, and I recommend that everyone here eat whether they are gluten intolerance or not."

"I visited Fresh Slice 's during a week-long stay in Memphis (it was recommended in the hotel 's travel brochure). From the name and description, I was expecting a fresh deli-style cafe. Unfortunately, the menu is largely fried food and burgers. I had the Evergreen Club (chicken breast, peppered bacon , creamed spinach, lettuce, tomato, and raw onion on toasted wheat bread). The chicken breast wasn 't pounded down or sliced at all, so the sandwich was about 3 tall (too tall to eat comfortably); the creamed spinach was about the same amount as you 'd get in a side dish and was slapped directly on the bread; the shredded lettuce is wilted and looked like what you 'd expect from Burger King. I had to cut my sandwich and eat it with a fork because it was too soggy to pick up, and I noticed other patrons having to do the same. Even though the sandwich was loaded down with things, there was very little flavor and the chicken was dry. To top it all off, the ceiling dripped on me and the waiter brought me a straw with a completely soaked paper wrapper. Overall, definitely not worth the time, the money, or the calories."
