"I can't believe Memphis is raving about this blah chicken, the breast was tough, The gravy was disgusting asked the lady 3 times for light ice and she kept filling the cup up smiling at me like I don't care what you want, if I didn't just come off a fast Iwould have found the first homeless person to give this one to. Not recommended."

"Biscuits was little as hell, but the taste I remember from being a kid was still there. Keep up the good work. But the customer service though... I pulled up to pay, and it sounded like a gossip mill... She told me my price and went straight back to cackling. No hi how are you or a welcome to jack pirtles... Nothing... But moving to the next window... Sat there for bout 10 minutes before my food was given to me, but the guy that passed my food out the window had a nice smile, and a pleasant demeanor. Otherwise, I probably would've given it 3 stars."
