"I asked the concierge at our hotel, the Sheraton Downtown Memphis, where I could find the best hot dog stand in Memphis. The answer I received was totally unexpected. In his opinion, the best hot dogs in town couldn't be found at a restaurant or stand but at a mobile hot dog cart that roams Memphis' hot spots. But he pointed out that Hot-n-Heavy Dogs would be at the corner of Union and Main Streets, one of the busiest intersections in downtown Memphis, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. He was right on. And he was right about the hot dogs, too. Hot-n-Heavy Dogs are made with 100 percent all-beef 1/4-pound Nathan's hot dogs. And at the top of the menu is the Wrigleyville, Hot-n-Heavy's version of a Chicago-style hot dog. It comes with tomatoes, onion, green relish, dill pickle slices, sport peppers, yellow mustard and celery salt on a poppy seed bun. It couldn't have tasted more like home if it was made at Clark and Addison in Chicago."

"We walked in hungry wanting a ten piece hot wings. We stood at the counter waiting for service and the lady dont greet you or speak. She just gave us a dull look and asked us what wewanted to order. Just no positive energy. Our food came out hot and fresh but the wings were just too huge and drowned in sauce. Too much sauce to be exact. Couldnt taste nothing but hot sauce. We had to rub our wings off on a napkin before eating them. So this place is a no-go for us."
