"Very disappointed in the food. This used to be one of our favorite places. Prices are up, quality is down, not a manager in sight the last two times weâve dined. Chicken and fish entrees were dry, and not much selection. Such a shame."

"I am giving Sage a 3 solely based on service! The food and drink were phenomenal! We were excited about dining here based on the reviews. We were greeted by Naomi, and were told the wait would be approx 15 minutes. That was a reasonable time, and we were sat outside by choice. After about 5-7 minutes, we were greeted by our server Taylor who took our drink orders. The initial impression was off to a fine start, it quickly took a turn for the worse. There were some largefans to circulate the air, this was a rainy day and the temperature was cooler than usual, the fan was blowing directly on us making it uncomfortable to say the least. We asked Naomi if it could be adjusted, she was gracious enough toaccommodate, as we were the only party in the section. Taylor came back thru and stated very loudly that the temperature couldn't be adjusted, she then proceeded to turn up the fan to its maximum, which was not understood. Naomi, then cameby to ask if we were okay, in front of us, it seemed as if she was being chastised by Taylor. She was totally unprofessional; she went on to say how it can't be adjusted, she didn't know why we kept asking or how many times she had to sayit, but not to adjust the fan. Naomi did turn the fan away from us so at least it was no longer blowing directly on us making our dining experience unbearable. On to the food...it was PHENOMENAL!, We had the beignets, soul waffle(greens,mac cheese, chicken), shrimp grits. The cocktails were delightful!"

"We had fantastic food and impeccable service. I especially enjoyed the mocktail, the fried oysters (served on stone-ground grits that were to die for), beet salad and the gulf fish. Tried this place out of pure chance on a random Wednesday night with my colleagues and was truly amazed. A gem."

"Way over priced for the quality you get. Would never go back. The pancakes were oily. The chicken was bland. I heard they used to have a better style brunch that went away during covid. Now that the pandemic is over they should bring back the buffet"

"Not crowded, yet service was poor. We were seated where a man had spilled a bottle of syrup. We had to ask for napkins to cover the sticky spot. Otherwise, they just seated us knowing the puddle was there. Then, a waitress informed us 3x she was not our server, but ended up helping as the other waitress couldn’t. There were maybe 5 tables there. No champagne (no problem went next door), no OJ (had to go back). We had to flag down someone to bring cups after they knew we went to buy a bottle and sat for a while as it warmed. You could have visited a 7-11 and prepared the lunch if a microwave was available."
