"Bagels 101 is one of the only (if not THE only) place around that makes TRUE bagels, by boiling them before baking. Most places are steaming them instead of boiling them, which CANNOT produce a good, traditional bagel. Bagel 101 has EXCELLENT bagels, the way they're supposed to be."
