"The first time at this point, but always in every milios. But so glad I stopped here. See this place while you get gas, and decided to get a good healthy sandwich. From then on I went in when I went with my order, not even 5 minutes. I have a middle Turkish sandwich. And I was so happy because it's so good. Best sub-position in the area. It's worth going back soon."

"Lu has the best Banh mi around, and it was my go-to-supplier restaurant in the worst parts of the pandemic. It is probably also one of my top-five food spots in the Twin Cities. Your food is consistently excellent, and the service is always fast and friendly. I am absolutely obsessed with her cured Tofu banh mi. The taste of the tofu is incomparable, the bread is always soft and fluffy, and the rest of the toppings are tangy and crispy. All flavors and textures melt to create a beautiful symphony. I also love her fried sesame balls and veggie egg rolls. A few years ago, I went to Lu with a girlfriend and her sister. While we eat, Lu sold bread and had to close for the rest of the day. A wonderful employee offered us to take some of the egg rolls and sesame balls for free, as they would have to throw them away anyway. It was the sweetest gesture, and we're still talking about it today. I recommend Lus to all my friends, and I love trying visitors when they come to Minneapolis."

"Ordering here from the Ritual (pickup) app, they always have my order behind the counter which defeats the purpose of avoiding the line. Also this place is constantly getting my instructions wrong. What kind of sandwich shop doesn't know the difference between grilling and toasting??"

"Add the tofu sandwich, no Mayo, avocado. Tofu was tasteful and had a beautiful solid texture. Well-kept vegetables were great. As another reviewer said, the next time I would order double vegetables. I thought the bread was fine, thought it was something on the dry side. Would be 5 stars if they were vegan Mayo as an option."

"2nd visit here and this time I had to write a good review cuz both times my experience has been wonderful. Service is not only fast but very polite and professional. I especially want to give a HUGE upvote for having all employees wearing a mask. I don't want to eat somewhere during a pandemic especially if everyone is crowded together and maskless but everything here feels safety and health oriented. We will definitely continue to come here!"
