"While driving through Mt.P we decided to stop for dinner. After reading Google reviews and looking at photos we decided The Brass looked like a good place eat. Parking was a little difficult, but we did end up finding a spot after driving around a few times. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess and seated immediately. Within minutes a very friendly and knowledgeable waitress was at our table taking our drink order and going over the special. Everything on the menu looked amazing! The soup of the day was dill pickle, which I've never heard of before but love pickles. So the waitress let me sample some. It was so delicious I ended up getting a bowl of it for dinner. I'm not a big meat eater, but I would highly recommend the tenderloin tip stroganoff. I can't stop thinking about how wonderful that dish was. The meat was so tender! We will definitely be back. It was nice seeing smiles on the wait staff faces as they were out on the floor. Anymore these days the wait staff seem very unhappy at most restaurants. But that was not the vibe I got while observing them here. I can't wait to stop back and try a dessert and another entree. Thanks for the great service!"

"Was so glad that they drove on the weekend of the Pleasant Memorial Day and saw that the Ponderosa was reopened. We stopped for dinner and were not disappointed. The salad bar was as ingenious as it used to before it closed all restaurants. We ordered the beef tips (a little tough) and the salad bar came with the meal. Wait staff was great too! Clean! Anyway, it goes back!"
