"I have never written a bad review before that is a first for me. we thought for a short drink at 4 o'clock in this bar and we were discriminated and turned away. the bartender (older women, 50s, reddish haare) looked at my ID and said: “It is too confusing, it has 3 dates. I can't take this card. it has expired.” in that it has expired in 2027. it was so strange and when I explained that the date she considered was my birthday and it actually does not expire for 5 years (I am also a bartender) she refused to serve us. my partner and I are not their typical white couple so we were sure that this was the reason. to the rude old women who turned us away, we went over the street and tipped them $20 in cash on a $9 tab. Many thanks for the terrible service and the hope that this will not happen any other couple here in myrtle."

"Very good breakfast food! Tried Johnny Ds for the first time today. Very pleased with my experience overall. It was pretty busy there, but they seem to turn tables quickly. About a ten minute wait for me. The menu is HUGE! So many options to choose from. My wife ordered the banana bread French toast, and I ordered an omelet with sausage gravy on the side. Had to try the waffle, so we got one to split. Overall the food was very good, with somewhat normal breakfast prices. The waffle was delicious! Service was all super friendly, quick and attentive too Definitely recommend Johnny Ds"

"Coffe is thin and definitely NOT strong. The food is very instutional. Its ONLY buffet style $13.95$ and Kids are $6. You can order eggs and omelets made fresh. However, There is NO VEGAN. food and limited vegetarian. It's great for families that just want something to stick in the kids stomach before they go play."
