"By far the worst chipotle I have ever been to. Staff is unbelievably incompetent. Who hires these people? Missing items, attention to detail is lacking. Had to wait 40 minutes for a pick up order while I watched 10+ customers get their food in front of me. You have 3 people working and one of your employees walks out the door to go vape in the parking lot. Hilarious. Meanwhile I have to ask 3 times for my pickup order to get started and then upon receiving my order they forget the chips. I'd leave 0 stars if I could."

"Had a 5 star, fabulous dose of nostalgia tonight. Sarah was a ray of sunshine, the local Latitude IPA she suggested was amazing. When I told her to leave off the beans slaw, she cheerfully recommended a replacement side. My full rack of baby back ribs was exactly as I remember from when my grandparents started taking me to Michelbob's in the early 90's. I haven't been to Naples in 13 years, and this restaurant was the first place I've recognized. I'm in town to celebrate the life of a lost loved one, Sarah Michelbob's gave me my first smile all day."

"This is a new era for fast food, not to mention that the quality, taste ND product is 100 times better than most fine restaurants round. By the way, management was great as the new e.ployee was trained ND ordered the wrong sandwich for me until I was back to ask, apologised to Manger and got me another sandwich in a few minutes. Review The exit was the one in the Coast Mall in Naples."
