"Extremely attentive and friendly waitress and very good quality of food We visited red lobster for the first time. The very attentive and professional waitress welcomed us and never let us waiting. The seafarer’s feast Is the perfect combination to try from almost every type of seafood. The lobster was very good, tender but for me a little bit heavily seasoned. Coconut shrimp perfect, a little too sweet maybe. Quality of food and service overall outstanding"

"I honestly wish the people who worked here left every time I go they make me feel so uncomfortable. I came in and everyone just watched me stand at the hostess stand. The service is always slow even when there’s none there. I always end up going to the one in fort Myers. It’s annoying that I can’t come to this one because something always goes wrong. Whatever you do please trust the reviews when I say don’t go I really do mean it. You’re better off making the hour drive to fort Myers where the service is friendly quicker."

"Food and drink was great as usual, however we were seated next to a table with several small and very loud children, so loud we could not hear each other speak. It did take an unusually long amount of time for our food to come out, over an hour unfortunately. Our server seemed very flustered. I still like the restaurant and environment so I won't let this experience deter me from returning on my next visit to Naples."

"One of the best places to eat in Naples. Fresh food, I paid Alway good service. Menu has tons of options, no matter what your diet restrictions, they offer outdoor seating. I have almost everything on the menu, favorites are the crab cake sandwich, fish sandwich (lots of choices) all blue crab, Clam Chowder, the list goes on. Do not miss to pass this place only bc it is not on 5!"
