"Very cute. First time there and in Nashville. Delicious vegan comfort food. My mom got the soul food plate and I got the spicy soul food plate. The food was so good, we especially enjoyed the Mac and cheese, the collard greens, the vegan meet, everything. The owner was very sweet. Perfect southern comfort food.Food: 5/5"

"I had been waiting YEARS to try this place, ever since they were in their adorable little building and I finally was able to try it last fall! They're hours are odd and we had to order online. I'm sorry but I just really didn't like it : I really wanted to like it but I don't see what the hype is...I ordered the tenders and mac n cheez with ranch. Everything was super salty and the ranch had this taste that I just really couldn't relate to ranch, it was just odd. The tenderslooked like a solid slab of gluten that reminded me more of a flat vegan sausage and the coating was not crispy; it was more like chewy gummy bread as you can see in the photos. The mac n cheez didn't taste like mac n cheez at all, it wasso salty I stopped eating it. Idk if maybe it's the workers or if these are their recipes but it just left this place looking highly overrated."

"Expensive but very good. Bagels taste phenomenal and the avo-egg combo can?t be beat. The black and white cookie was also great as well as their coffee. The various flavored cream cheeses are tasty too, though I would add a little less of them to thebagels. Lovely place but I dislike the practice of serving everything in throw-away plastic containers."

"A friend took us here for a late lunch because he likes it so much. I agree with him and will be back on my next visit. The staff especially our waiter was so great and our food was excellent. I had the crab cake which was rich with large pieces of meat and our host really enjoyed the grilled vegetable medley. "Visiting from out of town and wanted a great place to eat! After reading the reviews here decided this is the spot we wanted to try. We had a late reservation and literally had our suitcases in hand because we didn?t have time to go check our bags, but the hostess let us leave our bags in the front. She was a little hesitant, but kind enough to let us do so. For our appetizer we had the cornbread, but they overcooked it and it tasted burned. We didn?t want to send it backsince we had a 9:00 reservation. I do hate that because the waiter recommended it and we were looking forward to trying it. Next, we tried the Charcuterie board with our wine and it was just okay. Nothing too impressive, but was descent.I ordered the chicken Caesar salad though and it was very tasty! The steak was good, and for a side we ordered the cauliflower and Yukon potatoes. The cauliflower needed a flavor of seasoning or something because it was very bland.Overall, the service and the atmosphere was nice. I just think it was just an off night for the food. Would I try it again? Probably ."
