"I was so excited to see this vegan food truck on the peasant market. They had about half a dozen ducks to choose from. I got the gyro and it was very good. The only grip I had was that it seemed too salty for my taste."

"I guess I was not expecting canned vegetable soup but that's what it was. Same amount and taste could have been from a can of vegetable soup from Kroger. I ordered the cinnamon rolls and although good, they weren't quite done in the middle. I was disappointed in my first visit."

"I had been waiting YEARS to try this place, ever since they were in their adorable little building and I finally was able to try it last fall! They're hours are odd and we had to order online. I'm sorry but I just really didn't like it : I really wanted to like it but I don't see what the hype is...I ordered the tenders and mac n cheez with ranch. Everything was super salty and the ranch had this taste that I just really couldn't relate to ranch, it was just odd. The tenderslooked like a solid slab of gluten that reminded me more of a flat vegan sausage and the coating was not crispy; it was more like chewy gummy bread as you can see in the photos. The mac n cheez didn't taste like mac n cheez at all, it wasso salty I stopped eating it. Idk if maybe it's the workers or if these are their recipes but it just left this place looking highly overrated."

"Absolutely fantastic. Energetic crew with a lot of personality. Fresh ingredients, excellent burgers and fresh cuts, sweet or potato. I also noticed that they have milk shakes, and that they are not chemical concoctions, but real words that you do not need to understand a degree. Tennessee has always been a favorite of me, and Gabby is just another reason to go. Thanks for the great experience."
