"Nice staff but not enough of them. They were super busy with customers and Uber orders coming through. We had to wait about 10 minutes just to place an order. They sell rolled ice cream and snowballs. Prices are $6.50 for the rolled ice cream. Prices vary for the snowballs. It took like 30 minutes to get our ice cream order. The staff was super nice but it appeared to be all teenagers with no real leadership on the floor."

"I had dinner tonight and our experience was excellent. the hostess was very nice and we had no time to sit down. our waiter tatiana was great. she took our order quickly and took care of the rest of the evening. the dinner was delicious. we had the gyoza, chicken roast rice and a lot of sushi rolls. my man tried a kyushiki (the Japanese version of an old fashion) . he really liked it."

"Stopped in on the Saturday of essence festival and overall my group was satisfied. When we originally got there, it was very crowded and we were told that the wait would be 1 hour and 30 minutes. The hostess added us to the wait list, took our phone number, and told us she would call when the food was ready. We decided to run an errand while we waited and only 40 minutes had passed before she was calling to tell us our table was ready. When we finally sat down, the service"
