"I was so pleasantly surprised by River Crab. It was difficult to find fine dining in the area so I was skeptical. The food was completely on point (the burrata was beautiful, the steaks perfectly cooked and the shrimp cocktail was perfect). The service was amazing. Friendly, well timed and attentive without being cloying. The view was pretty and it's entertaining watching the variety of boats go by. I highly recommend it and I've eaten in some of the finest restaurants in the world. I definitely want to return."

"August is one of my favorite restaurants in NOLA. The dining room is romantic, best for date night. Excellent service and great foods. Love the Louisiana flavor with a twist of contemporary French. A must try when you visit NOLA."
