"Fantastic service when we went even though they were incredibly busy. I tried a little bit of everything that our party got at was blown away by how good EVERYTHING on the table was. Their biscuits absolutely made the eggs Benedict, some of the fluffiest and light biscuits I have ever eaten."

"I have nothing but praises for Hotel Provincial. The hotel itself is quaint and charming. I purposely chose this hotel over other options like Marriott simply because of the New Orleans vibe and feel it innately has.Jon at the front desk was a delight, as well as the other people working at the front/receptionist area. It was hot and humid (temps topped at 100, real feel 105 for the three days we were there! when we got to New Orleans and we were worried that we will be turned away because we arrived four hours before check-in. Jon didn't bat an eyelash and gave us our room without any hesitation! Top-notch customer service! Thanks to Jon, we didn't melt in the heat while lugging our bags aroundOur room was on the 2nd floor, facing Chartres Street. There wasn't a lot of vehicles passing through the street so the noise didn't bother us at all. If noise is a no-no for you, try to ask the front desk for a room tucked in a quieter area, or take earplugs with you (had mine ready because my hubs snores like a Wankel [rotary] engine ?We enjoyed our stay in Hotel Provincial, albeit short. The hotel is within the French Quarter but not right smack in the middle of all the action. Walking to and from most of the places we wanted to visit was very easy and convenient. This reason alone is why we definitely will choose Hotel Provincial again and again ?"
