"Someone sent me 6 cheesecakes and 2 cup cakes as a birthday gift. The cheesecakes were disgusting. Very creamy; too creamy and sickening with all the stuff garbage they add on the top; unedable poison. I gave three away and had to throw the other three in the garbage as my sister and I had a taken a bite each to taste.The cup cake was edible but not moist. I really feel bad for the money my relatives spent on sending me this stuff."

"The flavor is all here but looks can be deceiving I have ordered a number of sandwiches from this establishment but they do NOT look as hardy as the images in the website. However, the flavor is still there. I recognize our fast food establishments use fake photos to lure us but when your on a smaller scale to fast food,, the deception is biting. I am a fan of the donut holes which I believe Are biscuit balls submerged in oil. So they are rather dry, by nature because it's thicker. To offset the thickness they provide a dipping sauce but on six occasions I have ordered them, they continue to fill the sauce half way. For some, you can eat the balls plain but you will need water or milk. The sauce is awesome but they are not generous. They aren't generous with the condiment, ingredients or serving. But the flavor is there. ."

"We ordered holiday dinner from them...turkey, stuffing, ham, green beans.Everything was way below average stuffing with no flavor (just bread crumbs, celery and some other flavorless ingredients)Turkey with no flavor, very chewy and. dryHam not goodI would not recommend We used to use Yura in the past on upper east side and stuffing, turkey, everything yummy...but they don’t cater anymore Really disappointed as Butterfield has good food in store , but catering not so greatCannot recommend"
