"I 'm on a mission to find the best cookies in NYC and I certainly got a lot closer with Insomnia cookies. They are definitely the type of cookie I 'm looking for: soft and chewy, full of flavor and an amazing variety. I 'm a big fan of the late hours (for us sweet toothed ppl especially late at night when we convinced ourselves we wouldn 't buy a bunch of sweets). Only down side is they have a very particular delivery range which defeats the purpose to me. I am slightly beyond delivery range and luckily was able to use Uber eats at this location but had that not been an option, I would not have gotten them bc I 'm not walking around at 11pm to go get cookies. With the added fees of Uber eats, it was a bit disappointing especially because they pride themselves on being a late night spot that will brings cookies right to your door. So Insomnia cookies, please work on your delivery options. Living in Hell 's kitchen, I feel like it should have definitely been an option for me. If you are in delivery range, I do recommend trying them. You also can have them 'shipped ' to you, but also defeats the purpose when you have a sudden craving that needs to be addressed asap."

"I bought a vegan birthday cake cookie and vegan chocolate cooking cookie. they tasted delicious and were warm. the only reason I give them 3 stars is because the cash was extremely rude. she seemed upset when I went into the door as if she didn't want to come (they're closed at 1 o'clock and I'm here at 9 o'clock.) she didn't even say hello after me and my friend has greeted her. she actually ate cookies in the kitchen area when we came in. she works on the 14th street."

"Don't get me wrong. These are good cookies. But for less than the price of two cookies, you can get a shake from shake shack right next door. I can't justify spending $3 on a single cookie. I've had cookies worth $3. These are not worth it.Long story short, their cookies are overpriced."

"Unfortunately, communicating with this business left me feeling frustrated and exasperated due to a lack of patience and an overall condescending tone in their emails. They canceled my order after initially saying they could make it because I asked if *it was possible* for them to change 1 design of a cookie to another design that I thought could be similar. (Literally: a dog 's face instead of a flamingo. Personally, as a potential customer, I expect to be able to clarify any statements that are unclear to me without feeling judged, or reminded that they 've said that already when in fact, the statement was not clear in the first place. If the type of design being asked for is not what you 're used to, that can, and should be relayed in a respectful manner. Not with air quotes about finding someone who will work with that decorating style. I find planning events stressful enough without communicating with vendors that make you feel like they 're doing you a favor just by responding back to you. If you want to order cookies from a bakery that will make you feel partnered with as you figure out what designs will work best for you and for them, I wouldn 't recommend. Annoying. I was excited to have them."
