"I've always been a loyal dim sum diner at the Chinatown Manhattan location one for as long as I can remember. To my surprise finding out there was an Upper West Side location to this dim sum chain was shocking. The food was good and a great addition to any dim sum lovers in upper Manhattan that doesn't want to commute far. I enjoyed my rice shrimp noodle roll the most out of the other dishes. It was fresh, the noodle skin was soft and smooth. Even the pork buns were fluffy and had a sweet gravy filled caramelized pork center, there could be more filling though. The har gow (shrimp dumplings) were standard, nothing too crazy but passable. The bigger difference with this location is its more expensive than the Chinatown location because for obvious reasons, the Manhattan neighborhood you're dining at. Service was very attentive to both my friend and I. Very clean establishment. It's a smaller location compared to the downtown one but big enough to house 30 tables or so. It was our first dim sum experience in the Upper West Side to welcome my friend to the neighborhood. I'll come back for that eggplant and other dessert items highly recommended by other Yelpers."

"Food is great but took a while to come out. Appetizers came out about the same time as the actual food. Had to ask for water refills a few times.Maybe I just came at a busy time, but the service was not great, just okay.The actual restaurant looked nice, but the floors were sticky where I was seated.Would definitely come back here again for the food, it was delicious."

"Great food last night at Momofuku.This restaurant is popular. Making reservations is a good idea if you're coming with a group.I had the Spicy Rice Cakes, the Pork Ramen, and the Cookies (which I did not get a picture of). All of it was great. The service was good but keep in mind that they're busy. Don't be afraid to flag down a passing server if you need a refill.I sat at the bar and was comfortable even when all the seats around me were full.If you come during peak times (check Google to see what the up-to-date peak times are) it may take a little while to get your food but it's worth it.Also, if you like creamy ramen, ask for an extra egg."

Just came back from my holiday lunch with the co workers...courtesy of the boss.<br/ <br/ I had extra spicy, General Tso's jumbo shrimp pretty good.<br/ Co worker #1 had: tofu with mushrooms looked good<br/ Co worker #2 had: orange chicken looked OK<br/ Co worker #3 had: vegetable patty looked very good<br/ Co worker #4 #5: I don't recall at all<br/ <br/ We had chicken dumplings vegetable rolls as appetizers. <br/ The dumplings were aaaight the vegetable rolls were pathetic.<br/ <br/ All in all my dish was pretty good...the rest of the stuff I easily could have ordered it all at the local chinese joint by the b/f's spot for a 1/3 of the price."

"Fried rice is undercooked and L20. General Tso's Chicken was burned. As much as wanted to give this lunch special a try the only thing that was worth it was the tip for the dasher. Disappointed."
