"I did not like the place at all but mainly because of poor service and overpriced dishes (value for money wise). The steaks are ok but nothing more than that and do not justify their high prices. Our server was pushy, spoke extremely fast and was hard to understand and when asked for specific recommendations he just recommended the entire menu so this was not helpful at all. The waiter had a new trainee on his first day and he was just fantastic. The restaurant was pretty empty in the evening which kind of gave a feeling that we were not in the right place. All in all, we didn't like it but maybe someone else will..."

"As I was looking for a good steakhouse while visiting NYC, I stumbled upon Club A Steakhouse on Yelp and it piqued my interest because of the numerous positive 4 to 5 star reviews everyone had. The photos looked great and it is well priced, so I had togive this place a try. Unfortunately, my experience here wasn't up to par with what I was expecting, in regards to the fooditself. The service however, was amazing. The Food: I ordered the 20 oz. Bone-In Prime Ribeye steak with a side of creamedspinach and french fries. The steak was ordered medium rare and upon my first cut, it was a little more towards medium side. Buthey it was the first cut, but as I get through my steak it just wasn't the amount of rare I was looking for. It was barely pinkon the inside which disappointed me. However, the overall flavor of the steak was great. No complaints there. The issue was moreof how the steak was cooked in terms of how well I wanted it done. As for the sides, the creamed spinach was a little bland, soI had to add a good mount of salt and pepper to add some flavor. French fries were good. The Service: The service was great! Iwas greeted immediately by the host and we were seated almost immediately after arriving. The wait staff was incredibly friendlyand professional as well and talked us through our menu. The staff were very attentive with check ups and water refills aswell. Overall. a 3/5 for being okay. The food was alright, not amazing but the staff made up for it with their service."

"Absolutely the best customer service experience in New York City. Outstanding steak!!! Operations director (Alberto Escobar) and the entire staff are truly amazing! I would highly recommend Angus Club Steakhouse for any occasion and we will return to this restaurant every time we visit New York City. Definitely a classic New York City steakhouse experience with outstanding food and service."
