"This restaurant is medium size. the staff make you feel welcome. Is wheelchair accessible. They make the best breakfast here. I always come for breakfast I never went for nothing else so can't talk about their other foods. The staff are nice and makes you feel comfortable. The staff listens to what you want and they take care of you in a fast timely manner. They have outside dining for people who is not vaccinated and what to eat inside. They take a CORONAVIRUS protocols. They clean tables and give plastic silverware. This restaurant is kid friendly and family oriented. I recommend this restaurant."

"Food tastes excellent. Lunch time is super busy especially with the UN and permanent mission folks in the area. There are only two waitresses. As for service, it's fast that's for sure but you won't get friendly from the taller waitress. She seems to get impatient in her communication. Shorter waitress is a sweet doll. This is from several experiences."

"I came here to celebrate my birthday and am really between giving 3 or 4 stars. I would say the service when we first came in and the actual tea and food were great. The afternoon tea is very filling and a meal on its own. Also the tea is bottomless, we got the Paris and had about 3 kettles full of it. I have two complaints however. The first one is that while all the little nicknacks and the decor are cute, it?s clear no one regularly cleans the dining rooms. Even from 6feet away from where I was sitting I could see the mountain of dust sitting on top of things. With all the stuff they have hanging and knowing all the dust and dirtiness on them it kinda grossed me out. We wanted to eat and drink as quicklyas possible to get out before the dust started to collect on our food too. They need to clean the dining rooms and all the things hanging on the wall and window sills ASAP! My second complaint is after about 45 min of being there, my tableand everyone else in our room were just forgotten about. We didn?t see any servers for about 30-45 min. My boyfriend had to walk around to find a server so we could pay and leave because no one was checking on us. When he found one, theservers were all sitting together talking. Overall, I would come back here for tea again as long as they do some cleaning or sit us in a cleaner room/outside."

"Great place for a pre- or post show drink/meal. Bartender was great for our brunch visit. Large selection of beers. You do a 2hr unlimited for $18, if you have the interest and time. Many locals and people working in Midtown (instruction, we knew about it). Many bar seats and main table seats."

"Fancy from the outside but didn't live up to expectations. Host staff was essentially not showing up for 5-10 minutes only to say they can't seat my party as they had to close half of the restaurant due to staff shortage. Wait time ended up being more than 30 minutes; by that time the kitchen was closing and staff was rushing to get our table done and out of the restaurant again. Food was mediocre at very elevated prices. Coffee cup was chipped and table was not very clean."

"First, it's really confusing when you get in. From the outside and even when you get in, it's just a really loud dive. The first person you see is the Bouncer who told us we find the bartender to tell them we had a reservation. It was so full that we couldn't get to the bar. A server finally looked at us like lost dogs and told us to go upstairs. Another server brought us to our table. It was far too loud for them to hear our orders, even when we called so that the wrong came out for me, but we had a show to get so that I didn't try to correct it. This place does not belong to Open Table."
