"I had a really great time at ROYCE Bryant Park location) last week as I am such of lover of most things chocolate. If you're a fast walker like me it's easy to miss, which I absolutely did. It is small and quite secluded inside a hotel lobby. The space is bright, clean and so colorful due to the many colorful boxes that holds their chocolates). It was an incredible experience from the moment I walked in. Robina and Aria were absolutely amazing with infectious energy. Incredible customer service while patiently explaining all about Royce chocolates. This exclusive chocolate comes from Hokkaido, Japan. It's soft and creamy. This Bryant Park location has been open for ten years. I was able to sample three kinds of chocolate; matcha, milk, and dark. The matcha chocolate has a hint of cherry brandy and the milk chocolate has a hint of champagne. All of them were incredibly tasty. They also have chocolate that is infused with boozy like rum, gin and whiskey. I was so impressed with their chocolate that I purchased a box of their super popular Nama Chocolate $20), made with a rare rum from the Minamidaito Island of Okinawa in Japan. The staff put my purchase in a complimentary insulated bag to keep the chocolate cool while traveling. Before my departure I was given a beautiful gift bag to take home courtesy of Yelp and Royce). Inside the bag was some cool stickers and a box of Royce' extra bitter pure chocolate made with 90% cacao. So wonderful! They also had other unique items for sale like chocolate covered chips and cookies.I highly recommend Royce Chocolate as a single outing, family outing or even a stop during a date night. Your chocolate fix will truly be satisfied. Thanks to the awesome team at Royce Bryant Park and CM Katey for a sweeeet treat!"

"Can't really go wrong with anything you buy here; it's all high-quality chocolate. The service is sometimes spotty and we got an abrupt answer when we asked why they don't make peanut clusters any more. ?!?! We often stop here to get gifts, especially around the holidays."
