"It still seems de rigeur for city restaurants to court noise level beyond the ears of most human diners. That said, L’Artusi was a wonderful culinary experience, with a thoughtful sommelier who was touchingly unaffected, and a waiter with a sense of irony. The butter lettuce salad was a marvel, the pasta (kale pyramide) far from the “pile of greens” its name tends to imply to Americans. That we were the oldest diners in evidence is certainly not a complaint...just a regret for lost dining innocence!"

"One of the cleanest and most well managed Panera's I have been to. The place looked clean even after hit by the lunch time madness. There are also plenty of kiosks available to avoid any lines. Although I can totally understand the idea behind it to deter squatters, the only con is no outlet plugs."
