"I just went there and got some cookies and got nuts bar. It wasn't not my first time I got mixed nuts. I did mix 4 different nuts this time. Half of 16oz plastic container. At the register the girl named July got back to me with attitude of you can't be doing this and we will charge you for the most expensive! I had macadamia nuts you could count on fingers. I asked why would you do this? Why you decide to charge me the most expensive item there while I had chocolate covered raisins and yogurt covered raisins. She just was rude and definitely don't know how to treat customers! I told her shame on you and just left the bar there. She just could say ok we charge you the middle price but don't do it next time. Instead she was miserable and rude to a customer. July (her name) should get better attitude and mood next time. No wonder ppl get replaced by robots... if we have to see this on daily basis I rather have robots around me than mean and rude girl who's negative vibes you could feel a mile away. Disappointed"

"We needed a quick dessert withiut having to go to far to get it. I walked in to get chocolate strawberry shortcake, nice presentation, good size cake for $39,99. However, i noticed there was an after taste in the cake itself from the food shortening they use for baking. The after taste is not very strong but just because a few people noticed it, i would not get it again. Was a good last minute save though, the cake does have a good amount of strawberries, good looking side profile, it looks the part, definitely looks impressive. They have a an all vanilla flavor but it didnt look as nice as the chocolate version.Had it once, will not get it again. Is a shame they use too much shortening with the cake flour, specially when they are already at the $40 price point."

"I have been going to JSY regularly now and I must increase my rating because they have upped their game. Now on 49th Street on both Wednesdays and Fridays, they recently added Bourbon Chicken to their menu and it is really tasty. They continue to give you great value, and I have to say that some of it tastes plain, like the broccoli and cabbage, but they offer brown rice and it has good texture. Moreover, the four teriyaki offerings: Beef, Steak, Chicken, and Shrimp are flavorful but not earth shattering, so if you want POP, get the Spicy Chicken and Shrimp. One major plus is that they are consistent. They are not quite as fast as some of the other trucks, but the people are very polite and helpful."
