"I have been going there for many years on and off, the last time I had a bad experience, the chicken was dry and the service was rude. I ask for a container to take the salsa home that I had already paid. She said I couldn't have a small container, and I wasn't so post to take the salsa. And when I said this not the way to treat your costumers, she said she had been doing this for 40 years. And I was wrong. Acted like she didn't care. Don't think I'll be returning there."

"My family went to Rookies to watch the Euro 2012 finals. After waiting for a pizza for our girls for over 30 minutes, we finally got the attention of the owner Steve who claimed they rolled the pizza and they usually take 20 minutes. His demon was terrible. Our food came after a total of 40 minutes – a BBQ Chicken Pizza, Haussalat and Slider. Our children starved at this point. Steve said the pizza was compiled because of the delay. The BBQ Chicken Pizza was made with Marinara sauce and BBQ sauce. It wasn't a good pizza. Steve, the owner, came by to check us out and we transported the problem with the pizza. He said he was compposing the pizza and asked if we wanted something else... like on the house. My wife hesctically ordered aftero's slow turnaround, and Steve said he would make sure we would take care of it. The nachos arrived within minutes. The bill came to show the pizza, but charged us for the nachos. We asked the bill, and the waitress told us that Steve left and she would get a manager. So in the steps Albert, rudely ask “What is the problem?” As we explained our history, he did not worry. He said, "That's what Steve told me, that's your bill" and went away. He had no intention of dealing with our concerns. He was a pathetic individual who should never deal with people. The entire experience ended with the waitress who told us, "Yes... I'm looking for another place to work." I'm a local little entrepreneur, and if I ever treated my clientele in this way, I wouldn't expect that in business long. A terrible experience that connects my family, my friends and all the others that we are far from rookies."
