"This place has the best donuts I've had in many, many, many years! My wife thought it was the best one she'd ever had. They do, however, mislead you and tell you that the wait is going to be short. It's not. The only suggestion I can make is that they would take your order for your breakfast sandwich or whatever when you first reach the counter. Instead, they make you wait until the very end where you start to pay and then you have an additional wait to get your food. I think they lost out on $26 from us."

"Dinner 2 days ago. Absolutely fantastic!!! First, the garlic bread is absolutely evil, I could have made it my main course. I had eggplant, parmesan, but the one with ham. Wife had a garlic chicken and loved it. Sorry I miss placed receipt with names, but no worries, everyone was throughly enjoying their meals. The location is off the main strip which also takes it nice. This year will be 30th anniversary in business, so doing something right. Restroom old with patches but that's alright as very clean."

"Today we tried this place for the first time. We came to lunch and sat on the terrace. There is a large terrace seating area with tables that have a beautiful tiled mosaic on them. The service was exceptional. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. She delivered our drinks immediately and kept them refilled without being asked. We ordered the meatball sandwich and the chicken parmigiana sandwich. The sandwiches came with homemade chips on the side. Before our meals were served, we were treated with butter and a plate of balsamico vinegar and oil with fresh bread. Warm, crunchy on the outside and chew jn in the middle. We really enjoyed our lunch. It was quiet and peaceful on the terrace and the breeze was perfect. Would recommend this place to everyone."

"Bronx Red Pie, garlic knots, and some greens (for the women folk). Pizza is good not show stopping but fed a hungry crowd. Garlic knots were great very garlicky and buttery toasted to nice crisp outer and nice and soft inside."

"This is the place for large coffee and breakfast. Dave is quick and friendly. There are many parking spaces and seating. The terrace is dog friendly and the bathroom is clean. This is an industrial area to look for the highway or you will miss it. Very recommended. We will definitely come back! Thank you. Dave for the great service."

"Croissant and strawberry tart were perfect, but beware. They only have coffeemate for the coffee. I asked for half and half or heavy cream and it seemed to confuse the gentleman helping me. They've only been open 3 weeks so they get a pass. The service was very friendly and prices were reasonable. I'll go back for lunch, but not for coffee."

"Another good dining option opens in Oceanside. Newly remodeled with inside and outside dining areas. The menu offers a good selection from a cup of coffee and pastry to a full dinner entree. I ordered the hamburger, which was served on a light, flavorful bun and crispy brown fries. The service was a little slow, but staff friendly and courteous. I am looking forward to going back and trying the French pastries and some of the other menu options."
