"Unfortunately, the hibachi filet and shrimp dinner was sub-par at best. I ordered the filet rare it was beyond well done. The shrimp were so overcooked that they were extremely chewy. The rice veggies were good, but too much rice not enough protein or veggies for the $6 price increase. I'm hoping that with a little more time open with new owners chefs, they will get the hang of hibachi food Sone will once again be a Pawleys Island go-to. The staff is fantastic the interior upgrades were much needed look lovely. Overall, not a horrible experience one that is easily corrected."

"So many yummy, great treats inside, either from the bakery or the shelves. Lots of pre-made things that you can take home if you're not feeling like cooking. Great place to get treats for friends and family. The outside makes it look like nothing special, but once inside, it's a gem. Super nice staff too."

"If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. At first we were a little intimidated because this place is a little hole in the wall and we're not from around here, but I'm so glad we came in. The bartender/waitor/cashier was amazing. He was sofriendly and kind. The food was amazing. I will probably eat here everytime we come to visit Pawleys Island. I really enjoyedour experience."

"Honestly the atmosphere was dead, so I did not order any food. Very dark as far as lighting, nothing in the decor popped out. Bar counter was messy, to which it should not have, there was not that many customers. Very friendly staff.."

"Very unfortunate when you have staff that doesn’t want to work. First night here, placed an order for pickup. The girl on the phone said the wait is at least 35 to 45 minutes. She was surprised when I said yes I still wanted to order. She said it would be at least 45 minutes. So I waited for 45 minutes and went to pick up the food. When I arrived the parking lot was empty, the restaurant was empty. I paid for my food and drove home excited for my barbecue ribs. To my surprise both my husbands and my food was cold. Clearly she just didn’t want to take my order, clearly that food had been sitting there for quite some time. All the other places we have visited so far have been very pleasant and friendly. The staff at this restaurant were very disappointing. Hopefully management can fix this issue because the ribs would have been good served hot"
