"My husband and I have been wanting to come for so long because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed. Although the food was good, there wasn’t anything memorable that would bring us back. We had a couple cocktails, crab cake, steak, sweet potatoes, glass of wine, and a dessert. The best part were the cocktails and sweet potatoes. Our crab cake could have used a bit more crisp and the steak was overdone. Solid meal but not the fireworks we were expecting."

"By far the best place to eat in pensacola. top knoch service, eating that will give you a mouthgasm and a weinlist like no other. if he is available, I would recommend to take care of her and her party. this guy really knows his things and treats you as if you were the only table in there. I have often dined with big parties as well as just one with my beautiful woman. each time better than before. I will return global grill until we meet again. john"

"Cactus Flower Cafe in East Hill! The owner took our to go order on the phone; she opened this place after moving from California to try to help with the?we?ll say lacking?availability of cultural food in Pensacola. She delivered! The chicken enchiladas (pictured first were hands down the best enchiladas I?ve ever had. Order them. The SoCal burrito (pictured second was fantastic as well as enormous, the picture doesn?t show a good angle but it was about as big as a plate and loaded with steak and potatoes. The refried beans were fresh and not greasy and the lime rice was like a premium version of what you?d get at Chipotle. Not pictured was the guac which was the best I?ve found in Pensacola. I too moved here from California (a trend? and this is about as close as it comes as far as freshness and the ?west coast flare?. A clear cut above the other Texas themed Mexican joints around here. I think some of the local trucks adequately hit the CA street food vibe (Tacos Mexicanos, El Asador, etc , but this place had all the comforts of your classic family owned Mexican restaurant in California that uses premium ingregients and homemade recipies. I will be going for a run tomorrow though. The restaurant is a sweet vibe too with a coffee shop attached to it all open until 9. Will be back soon on a non school night to try their fresh squeezed margaritas. Cheers!"

"I always loved the ambiente and when we found out, we were able to go back and have more than just an salate and sweet and roar, we were thrilled. the cheesefondue was amazing, but this chocolatefondue took the cake! not literally. the fruits and melted chocolates were so good! all in all we had a nice experience and we would definitely return."

"Went there to celebrate our year old daughter's birthday before she starts graduate school. Restaurant is very attractive from the street as well as inside and we had tried to drop in before without a reservation but they were booked up. This time I called and left a voice message for when we'd like to make a reservation. Had not heard from them by the next day so went to Open Table and booked. The ambiance is nice, white tablecloths and we wanted a little more formal place. We were disappointed in the quantity and variety of meal selections. Did not care for the Caesar salads, too much lemon juice. Quality of the food was just average. Expected more from what we perceived as a top notch restaurant."

"The best breakfast ever in a restaurant, bar none. Me and my party of 4 across the board give the food and service 5 stars. Menu fave: Dads Good Morning COUNTRY FRIED STEAK is STELLAR. Go, wont be disappointed. I rarely give 5 stars, so here you go."
