"I really enjoyed visiting Broussard's. Our waiter, Sean, provided fantastic service especially dealing with understaffing issues. The food was also amazing. The Cajun potato salad tasted just like my mom makes! The chicken and andouille gumbo and the jalapeno cornbread were also delicious! Overall, a great experience and I would definitely come back again!"

"If you never owned or worked in a restaurant in the first week it is open to you not to check Chicago 's until after July 4th. Was that the best culinary experience I ever had in Pensacola? Not even close. But this has the potential to be the largest place in Pensacola to watch a Cubs game or to watch the bears absolutely. Is it from people who have done their time in Chicago and know how an Italian beef should taste sandwiches absolutely. Are they authentic Viennese beef relish and Giardiniera of course they are. They serve Old Style on Tap NO! but really, who misses old style on tap. This is not a corporate super franchise that flew in 30 experienced waiters, waiters, chefs and managers to help them start their first week. This will be owned by a family, locally, we put our heart and soul into trying to do this thing, type of restaurant. I'll be an honest sixteen years old I'm here because my parents own the common, say the table next to me, it will be 45 minutes before we get your food out and watch them leave experience, about a company Hi I'm Tiffany my name Badge says, I'm a business coach with 7 years experience trying to explain to me why things sucks and there's nothing she can do. Hey, Chicago, I'm back because this place really has potential."

"Great food, Christina was AWESOME! She is a wealth of knowledge and her life experience in the army connected her to my husband, they were both at the same time! So the food was great and the service! My grouper was fabulous! We went to the market side and bought flounder, groupers and shrimps! I can't wait!"
