"Chicken was ok, nothing so special. From what I hear, it use to be way better before. I got a 3 piece with a side of breast. The breast was a huge piece. The mash potatoes were ok, nothing special. Fat fries were good as well as the muffin bread. But as for the chicken nothing special. There sauce is in little packs so you might want to get an extra dollar worth."

"I have been going here for a while before the pandemic hit. Always loved their tacos but this time the tacos were just ok. The tortillas were dry and a little hard. Not sure if it was just my luck but it just didn't make me want to go back again."

"Fries are to die for!! The beer selection is impressive and I love that they offer sampler sizes for sale, individually, because trying different kinds of beers without drinking in excess can be fun! Service has been on point both times I have visited. Only reason for not giving it five stars is that the first time I visited I sat outside for less than an hour and was brutally bitten by mosquitoes. Citronella candles or something similar might go a long way. Wear bug repellant if you sit outside."

"We celebrate my daughterâs birthday and the service was great, but the food nothing special and overpriced. We expected the all you can eat buffet as they used to have it for many years. Now is not worth it. Hi prices and regular food."

"We as a family has enjoyed El Merendero in Pomona (used to be located next to Fox Theatre) for many decades. They have moved across the street and we still go back. They have good food , love the champurrado and pozole. They have the bakery next door so you can get your pan dulce there as well."

"First time here. Excellent and the quinoa salad was amazing. I highly recommend and the staff was great. My cousin had steak and chicken kabobs and he too loved his food. Next time I’m visiting my niece I’ll be sure to go back!"

"When for Thanksgiving and the food was just okay. That's what I get for supporting a company that doesn't let their teams have Thanksgiving and Christmas off. The service was great and will come again on a regular occasion but definitely not a holiday dinner."
