"Being from New York, finding a slice that reminds us of home has been a struggle for my partner and I. We went as far as doing a pizza tour and trying all places in the Triangle that claimed NY pizza. However, after dining at Poole’side Pies, we finally found pizza that reminds us of home and even compares to our all-time favorite craft pizza place in NY. Is there anything Ashley Christensen can’t do?!Drinks:You gotta have the house-made sodas (I believe I had Lemon Lime), an easy 10/10. The beer was great, specifically, Westbrook ‘Beer You Drink When It’s Hot Outside’ Lager.Starters:We had the calamari, 8/10, could do with more calamari than banana peppers but nevertheless super tasty. The Pickle Juice Caesar. THE. PICKLE JUICE CAESAR. Doing the Lord’s work with that salad, easy 12/10. If you don’t order this, you’re doing your tastebuds a disservice.Pizzas:Squash Pizza w/ Truffle bechamel, flowering oregano, and parm 9.2/10. Really refreshing seasonal pizza especially with that lemon on the side to add some acid before the bite. Spicy Five Cheese pizza, 9.7/10, fantastic, flavors during away at all cylinders.Dessert:Chocolate Chip Cookie Pie, 9/10. It is on the sweeter side but the richness of the chocolate cuts it really well."

"Me and my boyfriend went here for date night and when I tell you we had the best experience. We went there on on Saturday and they were booked on reservations so we sat at the bar. Tim, Brandon and rose took excellent care of us. One of the managers Trevor was very accommodating as well and we definitely appreciated that. Customer service was top tier and will definitely be returning. Oh and the place was absolutely beautiful. From Ty and Ashley "
