"Beautiful small place for authentic Ethiopian cuisine. We shared a few of the appetizers and then a herbal combo plate that allows us to taste the other items on the menu. The flavors were a beautiful mix of spices without mouth-on-fire hot and the staff was very friendly, helpful and dedicated as it was our first visit. It will definitely not be last, as we look forward to more in the future!"

"Very nice place; I love the look. The truffle fries are to-die-for... I'm still thinking about it. Then I got the crispy brussel sprouts and pork, which was not that great (for me). I feel like, I ate mouthful of salty bites. I returned it but won't stop me from returning. I will be back."

"Visited Garden Grove Brewing Co. this weekend I highly recommend it. Right in the middle of Carytown, good food nearby. I drank Farmhouse Saison most of the night, it was excellent. Great band, family friendly atmosphere, good crowd can't imagine a better experience. This is why I love the craft beer scene. Wish I lived closer and I would be a regular"

"Every item we had was amazing here, but the absolute standout was the smoked salmon platter in their appetizers section. The components are similar to what you'd find anywhere else smoked salmon, cream cheese (benadictine), capers, tomatoes, onions, pickles. However, the quality and flavors are unlike other places. Smoked salmon was perfect, not too salty, and abundant. Boston brown bread was a great texture sturdy yet soft and soo tasty. Their cream cheese"

"Food was great! The service was okay. Overall great place. We were first time customers so i wish the service was better...(update) we went again today 08-11-2021 and we sat outside. The tent shaded us but there was no fan. It would’ve been okay if I didn’t have my baby with me."

"We drove to the right cake because we love cake. steak and cheese, pork and sausage roll were all fantastic spicy cakes. the filling was incredible and the crust was excellent. large ratio also for the following. the strawberry rhubarb pee was super and a highlight, the chocolate pecan was also great. I have a full pancake to go home and it's gone now....so you're the judge."

"Order ahead because it takes about 20 minutes to make the food, and it is currently only taking, but it is worth waiting. For our gluten-free family (sickness) it was a must stop in Richmond. Our daughter also has a milk allergy, so the vegan options were perfect for her. hit Gf waffles we've ever had and better than normal waffles I can remember. Very recommended."
