"We were at 11:00 on Saturday. No problem parking on the street. Enjoy the wide range of waffles. Also eggs and sandwiches on the menu. Everyone enjoyed their waffles. We had six different types from the menu. The atmosphere is funky. At this time, take menus and sit yourself. Then go to the counter and place your order. If your light / buzzer goes out, you will get the plates of the food. Then clear your plates. We enjoyed coffee and Mimosas with our meals. Prices are quite reasonable. We went at noon and there was a little line. We'll probably go back when we get back to town. Apparently a big nightclub."

"I?ve lived in the South most of my life and this homey restaurant definitely had a Southern vibe to it. I ordered beef sausage, eggs, and grits. My wife ordered chicken and Belgian waffle. It was delicious. I?d come here again the next time I?m in Rochester."

"The food is great at Oscar's and we enjoy frequenting for Brunch, and recommend it to everyone! However, please note that as policy they do not accept reservations - even if you're booking through OpenTable! Seating is based on a first come, first seated basis. "Cute and Cozy historic Diner in the heart of Rochester. It offers a large selection of American Diner food, for a reasonable price. The waitress was friendly and quick to meet our needs and the food was a tasty mouthful with portions enough to take home. Overall experience was fantastic! One note for the owners would be for more attention to the overall cleanliness of the space, there is a difference between grime and history and putting effort towards that will make a lasting good impression. This note shouldn't prevent you from going and experiencing this historic gem!"

"Tried the Mt. Hope location and LOVED IT! So many different flavors I have a vanilla bean flavor with Heath Bar and Oreo's, my daughter chose chocolate with chocolate candy bar flavor mixed in and chocolate sprinkles and reese pieces above. I also ordered a blueberry, which is like Sherbet for snack at work to eat and I am in love <3... Even great fast customer service will be more frequent!"

"This is a relaxed, charming, waiter-served place with a kind of early American decoration (together with child work on the walls a contrast to many of the bar-art foods close to those listed on happy cow. they have a series of clearly listed vegans. we had a tofu dishes, flower flower wings a vegan suppe, and a vegan cake slice - all quite good and filling."
