"My father and I left before I remember. The pizza is great. It has definitely set a high bar for all other pizzas forward. It's definitely the first stop when I get to town. I didn't find a place because I moved the pizza upstairs. It's great to forget to bring cash."

"First time eating here, a friend of my hubby's) told us about it,and we decided to try it out. It was about an hour drive. And we was NOT DISAPPOINTED. Had a burger, onion rings and Cole slaw. The burger was handed paddied out tasted amazing. Onion rings was crispy not burned very tasty. Hubby had the baked steak mashed potatoes real mashed potatoes) coleslaw and corn. Needless to say he cleaned his plate. Very HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this place has been in business since 1960. They have to be doing something right. And the staff thier are very pleasant police well mannered. If you don't go you are missing out."

"The restaurant in Cross Lanes, WV was busy and short-handed. However, our waitress was the best. She was also training a new waitress. A table of senior ladies was giving our waitress a really unnecessary, hard time just because an egg was cooked wrong. This waitress was very nice to the ladies and stayed very calm. Of course the trainee was nervous but they waitress explained to her to just stay cool and calm. The ladies giving her a hard time were loud and rude. Everyone in this section heard everything. A gold star should go to this young, short, black haired waitress (didn 't get her name but had a tattoo on her neck saying I love Robert). Her professionalism really showed through and I 'm sure she made the trainee feel better."

"The food is always wonderful, and the service is usually timely. My husband and I had ordered a week ago or so, and it took an hour and a half of the time of order delivered to him. It was late on a Tuesday night, dark and rainy, so we don't have too much. We just got a postcard in the post of Papa John's apology for so long to take and to forgive a free medium pizza. It was completely unexpected because we never complained about the slow delivery. Dad! John's knows how to treat his customers and keep them back."

"OMG. This place needs to stop serving this food. Picked up half rack ribs, pound of brisket, red potato salad, cole slaw, bread pudding, lemon pie on June 30, 2019. $35 later and feel ripped off. Ribs served wet. But so over cooked inedible. Brisket served in a cup with half inch of grease. See photo. Stringy, tough and in a cup! A travesty calling that slop brisket. The sides were microscopic in size. Maybe a half cup if my measurements generous. Coleslaw was minced not shredded. Bread pudding disgusting, provided cold with container of so called chocolate sauce the color and texture of brown gravy. Lemon pie had a soggy crust, soggy! No genuine lemon flavor. Why did I eat here when yelp gave it three stars? Near my hotel, hungry for Q. But dint waste your money. Go to Golden Corral where their is no expectation and save your money! A W Coldspring, Tx"

"I don't recommend ordering from them! Last time order went to wrong place so had to be remade and redelivered but was still cold. Tonight was a simple order, shaqueroni with jalapeños. When delivery showed up had apparently been dropped, toppings were on the lid of the box but no jalapeños. They charge over 2 dollars to put peppers on half a pizza. Over 35 dollars for a pizza we can't eat. Manager said they could remake it but be over an hour for delivery. I can see there store from the roof of my house. They say I got one for next time for free, won't be a next time!! I want my 35 dollars back. I will be talking to corporate tomorrow. I won't be throwing anymore money away at papa johns!"
